Hidden behind Victoria station is Westminster Cathedral, filled with 20th-century art including Tom Phillips, Giacomo Manzu, and Leonard McComb.
Some of the works we will be guiding you to see are on Ecclesiart:
Gerontius Panels: marble panels by Tom Phillips dedicated to St John Henry Newman and mark the bicentennial anniversary of Sir Edwards Elgar's inspired musical performance of Dream of Gerontius Poem.
St Thérèse of Lisieux: A bronze panel commemorating St Thérèse of Lisieux by Giacomo Manzu.
The Bartlett Mosaics: Leonard McComb’s mosaic dome depicting St Francis preaching to the birds.
This is a joint event with the C20 Society.
