Contemporary window chronicling the North Sea oil industry, with links to Aberdeen and in memory of all those who lost their lives in the industry. The window won a Saltire Award for Arts in Architecture.

Born in Orkney, Shona McInnes (Scottish) specialised in stained glass design at Glasgow School of Art in the 1980s. She is currently a leading name in the stained glass field with her business Leadline Studio. Focusing on site-specific architectural glass, she works extensively on new commissions for churches: ‘interpreting traditional themes in a contemporary way’ (Source).
