Join us for a tour of Westminster Cathedral led by Maria Cristina White de la Cruz.

Hidden behind Victoria station is Westminster Cathedral, filled with 20th-century art including Tom Phillips, Giacomo Manzu, and Leonard McComb. 

As well as an introduction to the architecture of the Cathedral we will be guiding you to see artworks featured on A+C’s Ecclesiart pages

The Gerontius Panelsmarble panels by Tom Phillips dedicated to St John Henry Newman and mark the bicentennial anniversary of Sir Edwards Elgar's inspired musical performance of Dream of Gerontius Poem

St Thérèse of Lisieux: A bronze panel commemorating St Thérèse of Lisieux by Giacomo Manzu; and The Bartlett Mosaics: Leonard McComb’s mosaic dome depicting St Francis preaching to the birds. 

There is also an option to go up the Tower of the Cathedral after the main tour for an additional £10. Book and pay on the day.

This is a joint event with the C20 Society.
